In Africa in general and in Burundi in particular the Churches are growing very quickly in relation to the training of shepherds. Luke 10:2 also tells us that: “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. As a result, many churches have pastors who have not had the chance to attend not only theological seminaries but also Bible schools. This situation makes it difficult, if not impossible, to produce a satisfactory performance in the exercise of their ministry.
