Where do I enter the church?
There are two main entrances into the church:
1. King Street Entrance- doors are on the left.
2. Charlotte Street Entrance- fewer steps | door is locked after worship begins.
What if steps are an issue?
Although there are no ramps into the church, FBC has a “Stair-Trac” to transport you over our various stairs.
If you call the office 610-326-2273 during the week, let us know you are attending and someone will meet you when you arrive and get you to where you need to be.
Where can I park?
Parking is available behind the church (on Charlotte Street) in the parking lot along Lesher Alley. Parking is also available in the public parking lot located at the corner of King Street and North Evans Street (across from the YWCA).
Handicap parking?
There are two handicap spaces behind the church on Charlotte Street.
What is available for children & youth?
There are lots of things available for kids!
During worship we invite kids to sit with their caregivers for approximately the first 10-15 minutes; then they come forward for a Kids Conversation and those who are roughly in 4th grade or below, leave for an extended time of learning and play.
There are activity sheets available for all kids during church, along with crayons and other things to do; we want them to feel welcome too!
What should I wear?
Some of our folk come from a time or tradition that valued “dressing up” for church and so they do, meaning they might wear suits, dresses or pants. Some folks feel more comfortable in jeans or casual dress, suited for the weather. First and foremost, we’d like you to come and feel comfortable doing so. So decide what’s comfortable to you and we’ll be happy to welcome you. Our sanctuary is air-conditioned.
Who’s Really Welcome?
YOU! We are folks of a variety of colors, shapes, sizes, ideologies, and preferences. We invite you to get to know us, share yourself and see where and how you fit in!
